 The Toughest Workout without Enlisting in the Military"


1st Class Boot Camp was designed by fitness professional and prior military to challenge people of all fitness levels and to push them beyond their minds understanding. While our Boot Camp is based in the military principles of honor, courage, strength, and integrity we also draw upon the latest scientific techniques for developing strength and conditioning. The combination of these principles and techniques results in a full hour of demanding exercise pushing both mind and body to its limits and beyond.

Every session will begin with the Dynamic Warm-up. A work-out in its own right, the Dynamic Warm-up loosens our body for the training that to come. Next we complete various exercises to strengthen our upper bodies. With our upper body complete we move to fitness runs used to dramatically increase our weight loss and conditioning. Rounding out our session we work on our lower body and core. Every session

concludes with Yoga or Pilates poses to strengthen and aid our bodies in recovery.

Upon completion of 1st Class Boot Camp you will have accomplished something few others have dared to. With this accomplishment come the keys to a healthy lifestyle and a body to prove it.

Saturday 7:00-8:00am
Saturday 8:00-9:00 am
Monday 6:00-7:30 pm
Wednesday 6:30-7:30 pm


Tanglewood Park (at the corner of Woodway and Bering)
Tuesday 6:30-7:30 am
Thursday 6:30-7:30 am
