Q)  I have always worked out for an hour. How is a 30 minute session going to benefit me?
A)  
1st Class Training specializes in the 30 minute metabolic workout. In 30 minutes of our specialized programs, we can burn as many or more calories than in a traditional one hour program.

Q)  I have tried lots exercise programs. What makes 1st Class Training different?
A) 
At 1st Class Training our workouts are different every time. We listen to our client’s needs, desires and adjust their workouts accordingly.

Q)  I want to lose weight but I love to eat and I am sick of these impossible diets. What do you recommend I do to reach my goal?
A)  1st Class Training takes your normal eating habits and educated you on the ways you can take what you are already doing and make it better.

Q)  I have never worked out before. How do I pick a program that is right for me?
