 Fun fitness activities to keep kids healthy and fit!
 

 

The lifestyles of today's youth have undergone enormous change. Television, computers and video games have replaced many of the physical activities children once enjoyed.  So when we discuss our children, we often hear words like 'obesity', 'heart disease', 'high blood pressure' and 'diabetes'.

Fitness seems to have taken a backseat when it comes to the modern child.  Our kids are becoming victims of inactive, unmotivated, unhealthy lifestyles and their health is deteriorating.

 

It's fun, it's easy, and it's safe for almost anybody of any age.  Teaching your children the importance of fitness and proper nutrition is vital to maintaining health.  Whether your child participates in organized sports, or no sports at all - at 1st Class Training we design a program to get them active!

Train with the Pros - Former NFL linebacker/ Texas A&M Aggies Football Camp

Our training staff offers each player an enormous amount of encouragement with an enormous amount of enthusiasm. We promise each athlete wi ll go home a better football player. But players learn more than just football at this camp.

They are taught about and how to attain their potential in sports and in life.

The name of the class is the best description. This is an exciting way to prepare your child for Football. SAFETY is key! We demonstrate proper tackling techniques throughout the camp. Speed and Agility are the basic fundamentals we emphasis on improving.

Unlimited Kids Fitness Jump Start

ALL SPORTS

This boot camp is for youth ages 7 and older. It is a fun and dynamic way to kickstart you child's fitness goals. It builds endurance and is great for all sports! Even if your child is not acclimated to a variety of fitness activities this is a GREAT way to start!
